Order Modifications and Cancellations
Due to the high volume of orders, all requests for cancellations, order changes, and address changes must be made by calling our customer service at 925-590-4777. Email requests for changes or cancellations are not accepted nor guaranteed. Additional fees may apply, and all orders are subject to a restocking fee.
Note: Please do not email any change or cancellation requests.
Restocking Fees and Non-Refundable Products
All chemical products are non-refundable. For unused merchandise, returns are accepted within 30 days, and they are subject to a restocking fee of up to 40%, based on the condition and brand of the product.
DTS is not responsible for return shipping unless an error has been made on our part.
Obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
Before returning any product, contact us by emailing [email protected] or calling 925-590-4777 to obtain an RMA number. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without an RMA number.
Cancellations and Changes
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you have any cancellation requests or need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately by emailing [email protected] or calling 925-590-4777.
If an incorrect address has been entered, contact us before the order has been processed. If the order has already shipped, the customer will be responsible for any interception or address changes.
Damaged Items in Shipping
All orders are carefully examined before shipment. If you receive a damaged item, notify the delivery person immediately. Do not discard the box, packing material, or broken items. Contact us immediately by emailing [email protected] or calling 925-590-4777, providing photos and evidence so we can file a claim.
For orders arriving by truck line, examine the order before signing the delivery order. If you notice any damage, make a note on the delivery order, and contact us immediately at 925-590-4777. We will ask for photos to begin a claim. Photos of damage can be sent to [email protected].
Final Sale
Products on clearance, made to order, or customized are considered FINAL SALE with no exceptions.
