Charged for a simple mistake

I accidentally ordered the wrong part and immediately called, left a voice mail and emailed your company. I wasnt called back for days and when I was, I was told it was too late, then I got another call saying I was being charged for fee to stop the order. I was going to order the part i needed from you but do not like how you do business.
