The experience was perfect. Customer service was spot on. Quick and helpful. The bit I ordered worked perfectly and saved me a ton of trouble! If I ever have the need, I will be back!

This was the second drill bit that I purchased and both of them were only able to drill two (2) holes each. The bits were subpar as I was led to understand that I would be able to drill more than that with one bit.
I am sorely dismayed of your claims of the amount of holes these bits could do. This is a false statement and is misleading to a consumer.
Further I paid for shipping and that was 3-4 times the amount of the merchandise. I had to do this in order to complete my project and it cost me lots of time to do so while waiting on the second order. I paid for the second one to be delivered next day air and the first one to be delivered via ground. The first one was over $20 00 to be shipped and the second one was over $50 and BOTH were late!!
To sum up your question of what I think of your product, It is trash. The bits themselves are shoddy, the service is at best minimal and your shipping cost are outrageous!!!
Rest assured I will NOT be purchasing anything from this site ever again!!
