I bought 3 dry drums from you. 200-400-800grit. I tried the 200 and 400 and they both wore out before I could finish the task. I used the 200grit drum on the front edge of slab before it wore out(photo attached) and 400grit wore out on edge(not shown). You can see the raw edge I started with(photo). Not sure if I am doing something wrong, but they didnt last very long at all. I havent tried the 800grit drum. Its not a large slab(photo), so it wasnt a large job. If this is the wrong tool for the job or I am doing something wrong, please advise. Otherwise, this is too much money for too little performance.

Looking at your pictures, it looks like your stone isn't ready for Polishing... Your first step needs to be a much lower grit. For example, Z-Drum Wheel will clean the surface to prepare for polishing. This is the reason the resins wore out so quickly. You are missing the critical first step with Stone. Grinding to smooth out and then starting the polishing process.
