The issue was the shipping and processing, AND marketing. I was under the impression that I was purchasing a set of drills ands received only one. My initial order was for one drill bit and I received a drill guide. I then looked for another purchase for drill bits. This was when I thought I purchased a set of bits in different sizes. Apparently I was wrong. I received only one bit and that was thrown in a box with NO packing so it rattled around in the box like a BB in a box car. So I have not had a chance to use it and I hope that it is not damaged.
I was dismayed over the shoddiness of the customer service . I complained to a sales rep and was informed that I had made a mistake in ordering. I accepted that after I reviewed the order. Further, Why did the packages come from different warehouses all over the Country when you are allegedly based out of Florida? Furthermore, the cost of shipping was atrocious. It cost me over $47.5 to ship 2 items. That is some questionable practice .
Rest assured that I will never order anything from you again and I will tell everyone that is thinking about tools from your organization about the service I received.
But then again I might hear something back justifying the amount of money I spent on 2 items. That would be the only time I hear from you.
