Damaged product

I cannot rate due to receiving a damaged tub of product. I notified immediately, then sent photos. It is a week later and I have no response, new product or promise of one, nor an offer of credit to my account for the damaged one.
Sorry, but poor customer service is apparent.

Works great

Lifted the stains out of the granite as advertised. Container arrived in a box without packing material and the bottom of the jar was cracked open. I transferred it to a new container and problem solved.

So far, it hasn’t worked

I’ve followed the instructions carefully and tried to remove grease stains on quartzite using this poultice. So far, no improvement. Perhaps I need to use a different plastic during the first 24 hours of application? Any advice would be appreciated. Otherwise, this has been a waste of $45

We are sorry to hear that, we contacted our supplier and they gave us a list of instructions that you could follow in order to utilize this product to the fullest of its extent

- Apply a thin coat over the stain and cover with plastic. Tape down all edges keeping the cleaner from evaporating. Let set for 24 hours.

- After 24 hours take the tape and plastic off. Leave the poultice on the stain for another 24 hours. This allows the poultice to absorb the stain.

- After the 24 hours, clean off the poultice with clean cloth. There might be a dark spot from excess cleaner. That will remove itself in the next 24 hours.

NOTE: If the stain has lightened, the product is working. Repeat the process until all of the stain is removed. Sometimes the stain, depending on how much oil is there, cannot be removed in one process and may require an additional treatment.
