The purchase of the auger shaft adapter was exactly what I needed. Your sales rep. Gessey was very present and knowledgeable. He stayed right on the problem of me receiving the wrong adapter until it was corrected and the correct adapter was delivered to my address. I cant thank him enough.

Never received the item

It would have been nice to use it on the job that we needed it for. I ordered it two weeks prior to the project and DTS shipped it to Arizona instead of Pennsylvania and has taken over a week to attempt to correct the issue. Still haven't received the item yet or an expected date that I will receive the item.

If you need an important tool for a job, don't order from zsstore.shop they aren't a dependable supplier.
